“What does one set VR mean?
A VR set means a complete set of virtual reality equipment, includes a headset, headphones, and controllers. If six friends want to play at the same time, you’ll need six VR sets.
This is our first VR experience. Will staff provide assistance?
Don’t worry! Instructors will guide you from start to finish, include helping you put on then VR gear, control Instructions, and explaining the gameplay.
Which languages are supported in the VR experiences?
At the moment, it is basically in English, with some games in Mandarin, German, French, Spanish, Dutch, and a few in Cantonese.
What’s the difference between FreeRoam VR and ThemeStories VR?
FreeRoam VR requires players to physically walk and move around within the play space, with simple controls and highly immersive.
ThemeStories VR, features larger maps such as cities or deserted islands, where movement is mainly done through teleportation
Are there any age restrictions for VR experiences?
Generally, participants aged 6 and above can join. We can arrange suitable VR experiences based on age
If I wear glasses, do I need to switch to contact lenses for VR?
Both glasses and contact lenses can be worn for VR. Just keep in mind that glasses larger than 15 cm wide or 5 cm tall may not fit inside the headset — in that case, contact lenses are the better option.
Do I have to pre-select the VR experience, or can I change it on-site
You may choose your VR experience in advance or on-site, and it is possible to switch experiences during the session. However, time already used will not be added back, and changing midway may affect the overall VR experience. We recommend deciding before you start for the best experience.
Are there any health conditions not suitable for VR?
For safety reasons, the following individuals are not recommended to participate in VR experiences:
pregnant , and those with heart conditions, high blood pressure, epilepsy, photosensitivity, or claustrophobia.
Is the VR equipment cleaned and sanitized?
After each usage, all equipment is thoroughly cleaned with disinfectant alcohol to ensure hygiene and safety. We also provide disposable eye masks for every guest.
